The Gym is open from 8 am to 9 pm.  The class schedules are as follows:

Morning: 8:30am, 10:00am, and 11:30am Afternoon/Evening:  4:30pm, 6:00pm, and 7:30pm

  • Circuit Training is a moderate to high intensity activity performed in an allocated duration. This approach provides benefits such as burning excess body fat, developing lean muscle tissue, and improving cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
  • Core training is about power, strength and stabilization. Core muscles create a solid base for the body and core training allows stabilization of the spine, which improves and controls posture.
  • Boxing training combines pad and bag work, skipping and groundwork. Boxing is a full-body workout that can burn 800 to 1000 calories in just one hour. Top benefits: Enhanced Cardiovascular health, better hand-eye coordination, decreased stress and improved total-body strength.
  • Muay Thai is also a full-body workout. This training uses a variety of physical routines such as kickboxing and shadowboxing. Top benefits: Enhances self-discipline, unleashes a person’s inner warrior, increases stamina, and improves cardiovascular health.

These workouts provide you with “after burn” wherein your body continues to burn calories throughout the day.  Most of our students experienced improved heart rate and blood pressure within 2 to 3 weeks of training at least thrice a week.  Weight loss too in a month or two. Our gym is equipped with a BMI (Body Mass Index) machine to help you monitor your progress.

No experience is needed to take our classes.  Our professional coaches are highly qualified to guide you in all trainings and exercises.

Yes. All sessions include one-on-one interaction with a trainer. You can also opt for our Personal Training (PT) package for a bespoke or customized training routines.  Your assigned coach/mentor will design a program suitable for your purpose.

You may cancel your membership anytime subject to the terms and conditions in the signed membership form.  We do not charge cancellation fee.
