Our training facility equipped with heavy bags, double end bags, a boxing ring and a sparring area thatʼs well padded making stretching and exercise convenient with mirrors for boxing drills.
Our workouts typically involve some sort of mobility work, warm ups, crawling, locomotion, strength work and conditioning. The gym is equipped with some mat space, rubber floor and some turf. Our mat space is perfect for mobility, warm ups, tumbling etc. The rubber area is ideal for weight lifting and resistance work and Turf gives you space to move around, run sprint and do other agility drills.
If you are wondering about the equipment we use, we made sure that high-quality equipment are available to help you perform your exercise correctly and get the results you deserve.
For speed, agility we use : Jump ropes, Agility ladder, Agility cones, Smart hurdles, Foam Plyo boxes, Rubber medicine balls, Bullet proof medicine balls
For Strength and conditioning: Kettle bells, Dumbbells, Weight plates, Pull up bars, Sandbags, and Battling rope
